INDIAN VEGETARIAN MASTERCLASS ON  31 JANUARY

IN AID OF THE 'FRIENDS OF KINGSMEAD FIELD' 

To help raise funds for our new group, the ‘Friends of Kingsmead Field', local chef and curry master Paul Babra has kindly offered to hold an Indian Vegetarian Masterclass. The class will take place on Saturday 31 January from 10.30am - 12 noon in Paul's cooking studio in Barton Business Park. Paul will explain spice awareness and demonstrate the preparation of vegetable pilao, channa masala and pineapple raita, and participants will share the prepared dishes afterwards. 

The cost of the class is £25 per person, which includes a donation to the Friends of Kingsmead Field. A minimum of 20 people is required to run the class, so please email us by Thursday 22 January if you would like to participate:  kingsmeadfield@gmail.com
