Launch of the Friends of Kingsmead Field

Thank you to everyone who attended our public meeting on 9 March. There was a great turn-out and two key decisions were made:

1.     To retain the Save Kingsmead Field campaign until the future of the rear 20% is clarified.

2.     To formally launch the Friends of Kingsmead Field to work together with the Council on the enhancement of the 80% of the field which has been granted Protected Open Space status under the draft Local Plan.
