Scrutiny Committee Results

At its meeting today, the Council Scrutiny Committee voted to refer the decision to appropriate the Kingsmead Field back to the Executive on the grounds of non-compliance with the Council's Open Space Strategy and the Kingsmead Development Brief.  The issue of non-compliance will now be debated at a future Executive meeting.  Watch this space!  See press coverage for more information.
