It is now 10 years since the Council asked the public to identify priorities for the regeneration of the Kingsmead area, and 9 years since the publication of the Kingsmead Development Brief. A lot has changed in this time - some of it in line with the Development Brief, but much of it totally outside it. It is now time to take stock and initiate a genuine public debate about the best way forward.
